*GROUND BEEF RICE CASSEROLE*


*Ingredients:

°1 lb ground beef.
°2 onions, diced.
°2 tbsp. garlic powder.
°1 small can of tomato sauce.
°1 cup cooked rice.
°1 cup of chicken broth.
°1 cup sour cream.
°2 cups of grated cheese.
°Salt, pepper and oregano.
°1 cup frozen peas.
 
*Methods :

Take a skillet, spray it with cooking spray, then turn it on high. Adding onions, sauté for a few mn.
Add the garlic and ground beef, brown it.
When done, turn the heat down to medium levels, then season with pepper, salt and a little oregano
Put in the peas, rice, tomato sauce, a cup of cheese and the broth, simmer for about three minutes, making sure everything is mixed well so that it combines perfectly.
Take the mixture and put it in a saucepan. Place it in the oven.
Bake at about 250 for about 15 minutes or until you start to notice the mixture is heated through and it is also starting to bubble.
From there scoop it out, then take the sour cream and cheese, put them together in a bowl, whisk them together until fully combined and create an even texture.
Take it and pour it over the top of the casserole, cooking everything for at least 15 minutes or more, until the cheese melts and it starts to bubble.
Take it out, place it on a serving plate and Enjoy !
