*Chicken-parmesan-Lasagna*




*Ingredients:

° 5 boneless chicken breasts
° 1 egg
° 15 oz Ricotta cheese
° 2 tsp minced garlic
° 2 tsp Italian seasoning
° 2 ½ c Mozzarella cheese
° 1 ½ c marinara, (divided, 1 cup and ½ cup)
° Freshly chop parsley for garnish


*Methods 

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Making an incision in every chicken breast without cutting totally
SECOND STEP:
In mixing bowl, blending ricotta cheese, egg, Italian season, garlic, salt also pepper and 1 ½ c mozzarella cheese. Stirring to blending well.
Utilizing a spoon, spreading marinara inside slit, top & bottom
THIRD STEP:
Dropping spoonful ricotta mixture into the slit of every piece of chicken
Fold upper part on lower part of chicken
FOURTH STEP:
Pour more marinara on every chicken breast
Sprinkling rest mozzarella cheese on top of chicken
FIFTH STEP:
Baking for 20 to 25 mn
Garnished with chop fresh parsley also another sprinkling of Parmesan.
Serving with  salad or roast vegetables!
