So I seasoned the prawns with the Cajun season and cooked in butter… Doré the andouille.
Chicken seasoned with cajun seasoning also and golden. I used linguini pasta.
Add onion, bell pepper and 1 tbsp thyme; brown in butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adding red pepper, cook for 3 min.
Adding 1/3 cup reserved pasta cooking liquid, salt and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 min
Remove saucepan from heat; stir in shrimp/sausage/chicken and pasta.
Stir in heavy cream. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat or until heated through.
Sprinkle with more thyme. Add Cajun seasoning until you get the flavor you want
