Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies



* Ingredients :


°2 box Jiffy Blueberry Muffin
°4 oz. Cream cheese
°1 "I can't believe it's not butter" stick
°½ C. brown sugar, packed
°2 egg
°1 ½ C. white chocolate chips

*How to do it :

Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Cream butter, cream cheese also brown sugar. Adding eggs one at a time to mixed. Combine muffin mix with butter mixture and mix well. Stirring in white chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until browned around the edges. Let cool on a cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack until completely cooled.
