apple fritter cake

* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
* Half a teaspoon of salt
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 6 apples of your choice, peeled and seeded, then cut into cubes
* 3 cups of flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 2 eggs
* ½ cup melted butter
* 1 cup butter
* 2 tablespoons of flour
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
* Glaze
* 2 cups of powdered sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 5 tablespoons of milk
The first step:
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large bowl, mix cinnamon, salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, milk and eggs. Mix well, then add 1 diced apple and mix well
The second step:
Using the low speed of the electric mixer, slowly sprinkle the melted butter into the mixture while continuing to mix.
Grease a baking tray 9 x 13
Third step:
Pour the mixture into the pan
Sprinkle some remaining apple slices on top of the mixture
The fourth step:
In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients together and mix well
Place scoops of this thick mixture on top of the mixture
Fifth step:
Take a butter knife and pass it through the thickened batter and cake to give it a somewhat marbled effect.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
Sixth step:
When the cake has completely cooled, sprinkle the entire top with the glaze mixture.
Then hide the cake so no one knows it's there, you can have it for yourself!
