* Ingredients :
°2 kilos sirloin steak, thinly sliced
° 1 pepper
° 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
° I am a yellow onion, thinly sliced
° three tablespoons olive oil
° 1 tablespoon lemon juice
° ½ teaspoon chili powder
° 1 teaspoon ground cumin
° Half a tsp cayenne pepper
° 2 garlic cloves
° 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
° 6 to eight tortillas
* instructions :
The first step:
In a zip-top bag, positioned the steak, spices, lemon juice and olive oil
Close the bag, and shake it to coat the portions of meat
The 2d step:
Adding pepper & onion to the bag & re-seal the bag
Shake the bag again to cowl the vegetable
Third step:
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a skillet and adding the elements from the bag to the new skillet.
Cook till the vegetable are gentle and the steak is done
The fourth step:
Served with heat tortillas, sprinkled with shredded cheese and your desire of optional toppings
