Roasted Sausage and Potatoes


°½ cup dry white wine
°12 sauces of sweet Italian sausage, sliced ​​with a fork

°6 cloves minced garlic
°1 pound small potatoes, cut in half

°2 red peppers, sliced
°1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 425*
Place all ingredients, except sausage, in a large zip-top bag
