Rapid Rise Skillet Rolls


°1 tablespoon dry instant yeast
°1 cup hot water
°1/4 cup honey
°1/4 cup melted salted butter
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 large egg
°2 1/2 to 3 c flour

* Methods :

Preheat oven 400°F. In  bowl, mix yeast, water, also honey. Stirring in melt butter, salt, & eggs until well mixed.Slowly adding flour, one cup at a time, to dough forms a ball also  easily pulls away from the sides of  bowl. Divided to 12 equal pieces also form to balls. Placing in a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Covering and let rest for 20 min, or to dough has double in size. Baking in a preheated oven about 25 min. Brushing with other tablespoon of melt butter, if desire.
