Pickled cucumber

Too much choice?One of my favorite pickles while visiting Bab was the Freezer Pickles!

* Ingredients : 

°7 C sliced ​​cucumber
°1 C chopped onion
°2 C of sugar
°1 C white vinegar
°2 tsp salt
°1 tsp celery seeds

Mix well. Leave it on for 6 hours.Then they are ready to eat or putting to bowls & freeze. Eat within 9 to 12 months.  Quick adjustment...keep wavy.Also, if you prefer, you can omit the skins.We have always done it a little with and without it.
