Philly-Cheesesteak-Sliders



*Ingredients :

° 12 dollar size buns or sliding buns
° 1 ½ pounds Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
° 2 tablespoons of olive oil
° 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
° ½ onion
° 6 oz slice ​​mushrooms
° Salt / pepper to taste
° 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
° ¼ cup chicken broth
° 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions :

FIRST STEP:
Set oven to broil, low setting
On a baking sheet, place the loaves so that the inside is up
SECOND STEP:
Toast lightly under the broiler
Add the olive oil to the pan, then add the meat to cook it
THIRD STEP:
Remove meat and set aside
In the same skillet, combine the onion, mushrooms and bell pepper and sauté until softened
FOURTH STEP:
Return the meat to the pan and add the broth, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper
Sauté until the liquid is cooked
FIFTH STEP:
Drop serving sizes on bottom of buns
Top with grated cheese and broil for a minute or two
