Philly Cheese Steak Cheesy Bread




*ingredients:

°2-8 ounces ribeye steak, thinly sliced
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°2 tablespoons butter
°2 tablespoons canola oil
°1 green pepper cut into thin slices
°1 yellow onion, sliced
°4 ounces mushrooms, drained
°8 ounces provolone cheese
°1 loaf of French bread, sliced ​​lengthwise
°Half a cup of mayonnaise

* instructions :

The first step:
Preheat oven to 400*
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper (optional)
The second step:
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Add steak. Make a big sear on the first side
Third step:
Add Worcestershire sauce and flip the steak to brown the other side
Remove the steak and set it to the side
The fourth step:
Add peppers, onions and mushrooms to the same skillet
Seasoning with salt & pepper if you choose
Fifth step:
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Open the bread and spread half the amount of mayonnaise on each half
Sixth step:
Put a layer of provolone cheese slices
Adding layer of steak to every half
Seventh step:
Adding layer of peppers, onions & mushrooms to every half
Put the remaining layer of cheese on each half
Eighth step:
Place on the middle rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until light brown in color
Cut each half into 2-inch strips and place on a serving plate.
