Oven Roasted Sausage and Potatoes


°1 smoked sausage, sliced
°1 big onion, peeled and chopped
°five large potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
°olive oil
°Sea salt
°Freshly black pepper
° pepper
°dried thyme
°Handful of cheddar cheese

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 400 * F .
Lay several layers of tin foil on a big baking tray (with its sides) and spray with cooking spray. Sit aside.
Put the sausage, onion and potatoes in a big bowl. Drizzle some tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and dried thyme to taste. Flip together along with your hands so the whole lot is frivolously distributed. Pour it onto the baking tray and unfold it out as much as possible.
Place the potatoes withinside the warm oven and roast for forty five mins to an hour, stirring each 15 mins or so, till the potatoes are golden and tender. Turn off the oven.
Sprinkle the cheese over the cooked meat and potatoes, then transfering to the oven for a couple of minutes to soften the cheese.
