Original Old Bay Crab Cake



*Ingredients :

°2 slices dry bread, crusts removed
°1 tbsp. milk
°2 tsp mayonnaise
°2 tsp parsley flakes
°2 tsp baking powder
°1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
°1/4 tsp salt
°1 egg, beaten
°1 pound crabmeat in pieces
°vegetable oil

* Directions :

In a large bowl, break the bread into small pieces. Moisten with milk.
Adding mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, baking powder, Old Bay, salt, egg . Mix lightly and form 4 patties. Refrigerate patties for 30 minutes to help them hold together while cooking. Fill your skillet with about 1/4″ of vegetable oil. On medium-high heat, frying to golden brown on both sides. I usually flip every 1 minute to avoid over frying.
