*ingredients:
°3 cucumbers, peel & cut to 1/4-inch-thick tranches
°1 onion, sliced & cut into rings
°3 tomatoes, sliced
°1/2 C vinegar
°1/4 C sugar
°1 C water
°2 tsp salt
°1 tsp coarsely black pepper
°1/4 C oil
°1 tsp chop fresh mint (optional)
*Directions :
1. Blending all ingredients in bowl.
2. Stirring mix well.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 h before serve.
