*Ingredients / for 6 people:

°15 ml vegetable oil
°100 gm fine sugar
°vanilla sugar packet
°2 eggs
°250 grams oats
°2 tsp of baking soda
°a pinch salt
°25 cl milk

* Methods  :

 Preparing ingredients to have all on hand. Salad bowl, measuring cup, whisk, brownie pan or other. 1 bag of rolled oats. Milk Powder/ Sugar/ Salt /Baking Soda Vanilla Sugar  2 eggs Oil
 Beating 15 cl vegetable oil, 100 g sugar & 2 eggs. Add 250 grams of oat flakes, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, a pinch of fine salt, 25 cl of milk. Mix everything well.

Pour into the mould. Bake for 30 minutes in a medium oven at 180°C. You can adding dried fruits, raisin soaked in hot water or dry apricots, almonds, prunes, etc. You can have this cake with apple sauce or rhubarb.
