* ingredients :
°1 lb. minced meat
°1 cup sliced mushrooms
°1 egg
°1/3 cup rusk
°1/2 tsp. black pepper
°1 tsp. salt
°1/2 tsp. onion-powder
°1 clove garlic
°1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
°1 tbsp oil
°1 1/2 c finely chop onion
°2 tbsp. flour
°1 c beef broth
°1/2 tsp. salt
* Methods :
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into thick pancakes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Frying pancakes also onions in oil to pancakes are well brown. Transfering steaks to a plate, & leave hot.
Sprinkle the flour over the onions, mushrooms and broth in the skillet. Stirring in flour with a fork, scraping bits of beef from bottom while stir. Mix in meat broth. Seasoning with seasoned salt. Simmer, stir, on medium-low heat for 5 min, to broth thickens. Reduce heat, returning pancakes to broth, covering, also simmer for other 15 minutes.
Served with a large bowl of mashed potatoes
