Hamburger casserole recipes




*Ingredients:

° 1 box (1 lb) of medium pasta shells
° 1 lb ground beef
° 2 cans (10 oz) tomato soup
° 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
° 1 cup grated mozzarella
° 1/2 cup of water
° garlic, salt & pepper 

* Methods  :

1. Cooking & drain pasta according to package methods .
2. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 375 degrees & grease & 9x13 baking plate .
3. In a large skillet, brown and chop the ground beef with the garlic powder, salt and pepper (or any seasoning of your choice).
4. Add the cooked pasta, tomato soup, 1/2 cup water and HALF the cheese to your skillet along with the browned beef; stir and cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
5. Pour the mixture into your buttered dish and cover with the remaining cheese.
6. Covering with foil & bake for 20 min. Uncover and continue cooking for another 10 minutes (I also like to turn on the grill for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese).
7. Serve immediately and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
