Grilled chicken with garlic and potatoes




* ingredients:

°Half a cup of butter
°6 chicken legs quarter
°6 large golden potatoes, cut into pieces
°24 garlic cloves, unpeeled
°Salt & ground black pepper 
°¼ C maple syrup

* Methods  :

Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
Putting butter in a fry pan & melting it in the oven. When butter has melt, stir in a circular motion to coat bottom of roast pan, & placing chicken thighs, thighs, potatoes, & unpeeled garlic cloves to the skillet.  Sprinkling with salt & black pepper. Flip chicken, potatoes & garlic to coat with butter.

Bake in  preheated oven until  chicken interior is wilted and  juices  run clear, about 40 minutes, dipping 3 times using  skillet.Brush chicken pieces with maple syrup and a spoon on the broth on the potatoes.

Returning to oven and bake to chicken & potatoes are tender, other 20 min.
An instant thermometer inserted into a thicker part of the thigh should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).

To serve, squeeze the garlic from the cooked cloves and brush the sweet garlic over the chicken. Pour juices on chicken // potatoes.
