°1/4 cup sugar
°3/4 tsp salt
°1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
°1 teaspoon of cinnamon
°1/3 cup milk
°1 egg
°1 cup chopped apple
+Icing:
•° 2 cups powdered sugar
•° 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk

*Instructions :

Blending flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon. Stir in milk and egg until just combined. Stir in the apple. Pour the oil into the skillet so that it is about 1 1/2 deep. Heat the oil over high heat. The oil is ready when a little discarded batter floats on top. Gently add the paste to the oil in heaping teaspoons. Cook until brown, about 2 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until both sides are golden brown. Briefly transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil, then transfer to a cooling rack. Prepare the glaze by mixing the milk and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Pour over apple fritters. Wait about 3 minutes for the glaze to harden, then flip the donuts and pour the glaze over the other side. Best served hot

Enjoy !
