Custard Pie


°1 pie crust, uncovered (I use a marie calendar deep dish)
°3 large eggs
°Half a cup of sugar
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
°2-2/3 cups milk
°1 tsp pure vanilla extract

* Methods :

 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs a little, then add the sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Beat well also poor in an un-baked pie crust. Baking about 35 to 40 min. Taking out from oven & cool. Sprinkle the top of the pie with fresh nutmeg and serve.
