Creamy-Shrimp-Pasta with Sun-Dried-Tomatoes



*Ingredients:

°1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp (medium is best)
°3 minced garlic cloves
°8 ounces uncooked penne pasta or your favorite pasta shapes
°2 tablespoons oil (from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes)
°¼ tsp salt
+For the sauce:
°1 cup cook cream 
°4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
°½ cup water 
°1 cup mozzarella 
°2 cloves garlic, minced, or more if desired
°¼ tsp salt
°1/8 teaspoon ground paprika
°Small of fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp dried basil
°¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

* Methods  :

1. Cooking pasta in boil water to tender.
2. Drain the pasta, keeping half of the cooking water.
3. Meanwhile, you can heat the oil (from the jar of dried tomatoes) in a large frying pan.
4. Adding garlic and cooingk for 30 seconds.
5. Add prawns and salt and sauté until prawns are cooked.
6. Remove the shrimp to a bowl.
7. Lower the heat a little.
8. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to make the sauce.
9. Cook for 2 minutes.
10. Stir in reserved pasta cooking liquid, cheese, cream, paprika and salt.
11. If using dried basil, add it now.
12. Continue to cook and stir until it begins to thicken.
13. Now incorporate the prawns into the sauce as well as the pasta.
14. If using fresh basil, add it now.
15. Grind a few red pepper flakes on top before serving if desired.
