Cinnamon-apple cake


°2 cup flour
°1 apple, peel // chop
°1 C vegetable oil
°1 C dark brown sugar
°1/2 C white sugar
°1/2 C walnuts, chop
°2 eggs
°1 tsp ground cinnamon
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1/2 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of salt

 Preheat oven 350°F and grease a 9-inch around cake pan.
In  bowl, mix eggs and oil. Adding cinnamon, white & brown sugars & vanilla and blend to combined.
Add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix until well incorporated. Stir in apples and walnuts and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
