Chinese-Honey-Chicken



* ingredients:

°4 egg whites
°3/4 c cornstarch
°1/3 c water
°1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch thin pieces
°vegetable oil for frying
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1/4 cup honey
°2 tsp sweetened condensed milk

* Methods :

In  bowl, add the egg whites and beat until frothy (12 minutes) before whisking in the cornstarch and water until combined and the chicken is folded in end.Heat three inches of oil on the heat of average obstacles (up to 350 degrees) in a large saucepanAnd add chicken pieces to 2 batches to golden brown, for 23 min per batch.
In a large bowl, blend mayonnaise, honey, & sweetened condensed milk, & adding fried chicken just before serving.
