Chicken stuffed with lasagna




*Ingredients:

°5 boneless chicken breasts
°1 egg
°15 ounces Ricotta cheese
°2 teaspoons minced garlic
°2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
°2 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese, grated and divided (1 ½ and 1 cup)
°1 ½ c marinara, 
°Grated parmesan cheese 
°Chopped parsley 

* Methods :

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven 400*
Make an incision in each chicken breast without cutting completely
SECOND STEP:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper and 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese. Stir to mix well.
Using a spoon, spread the marinara inside the slit, top and bottom
THIRD STEP:
Drop a large spoonful of the ricotta mixture into the slit of each piece of chicken
Fold the upper part over the lower part of the chicken
FOURTH STEP:
Pour more marinara over each chicken breast
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken
FIFTH STEP:
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked, temperature 165*
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and another sprinkle of Parmesan.
Serving with salad or roast vegetables!
