Chicken-Bacon Ranch TaterTot



* Ingredients :

°6 slices cooked bacon or you can use microwave bacon
°4 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
°32 oz. bag of frozen tater tots
°1/2 cup ranch dressing
°1 cup milk
°2 tsp flour
°3 tsp of butter
°1 1/2 c mild cheddar cheese
°salt / pepper to taste

* Methods :

Preheat oven 425 degrees.
Cooking chicken in separate pan to cooked. Let the chicken cool for a few minutes and shred it in a blender.
Using a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, stir in the flour and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk the milk into the saucepan mixture, slowly pouring in a little at a time. Blend until creamy and add ranch dressing and toss.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish and add a layer of chicken, then gravy, then half the cheese, then tater tots and bake 20 minutes uncovered.
Crumble the cooked bacon while waiting for the casserole to cook and set aside.
Make sure the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, then top the pan with the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Take out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes then
