Breakfast Pizza Sausage Sauce


°2 packets of croissants
°1 package of crumbled cooked sausages
°1 envelope of country sauce mix
°6 eggs
°2 tablespoons of milk
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 tablespoon of butter
°8 oz grated cheddar cheese
°4 oz grated pepper jack cheese

* Instructions :

Heat the oven to 375. Separate the crescent dough into 16 triangles and place them on a greased round pizza pan with the points towards the center.
Press into bottom and sides of pan to form crust; seal the seams. Baking for 11 to 13 min or to golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce according to package directions in a medium saucepan. Stir sausage crumbs into thickened sauce; put aside.
In  bowl, whisking eggs, milk, salt & pepper. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
Add egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set. Spread sausage sauce mixture over crust. Garnish with eggs and cheeses.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into quarters.
