Bread-pudding-with-vanilla-sauce





* ingredients:

+pudding
°1 (1 pound) loaf (4 cups) French bread, 1 1/2 inch cube
°1/2  c raisins
°2 c of milk
°1/4 c Land or Lex Butter®️
°1/2 c sugar
°2 Land O Lakes®️ lightly scrambled eggs
°1 tsp vanilla
°1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
+sauce
°1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 cup packed brown sugar
°1/2 C Land or Lakes heavy whip cream
°1 tsp vanilla

* How to making :

1. Step Preheat oven 350°F. fat 1 1/2-quart casserole; Sit aside.
2. Step 2 Placing  bread cubes on baking tray. Baking for 8-10 min or to toast.
3. Step 3: Mix the raisins with the toasted bread cubes in the prepared casserole. Sit aside.
4. Step 4 Mix milk and 1/4 c butter in a 1-L saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 4-7 minutes or until butter has melted. a little bit cold.
5. Step 5: Mixing all rest pudding ingredients in bowl. Blend well. Add the milk mixture, mix well
