Apple pie cake

° 2 cups apples, peeled and diced (approximately 2 medium)

 °1/3 cup butter, room temperature
°3/4 cup granulated sugar
°half cup apple juice
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 eggs
° 2 1/4 cups flour
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° half teaspoon kosher salt
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 ° 1 c Greek yogurt 
+ glaze
° 2 c icing sugar
° 1/3 c milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla

* Methods :

 In a saucepan, integrate apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water.
Heat over medium warmth for 5-6 mins, till apples are softened and liquid thickens. Set apart to cool.
Mix the darkish brown sugar//cinnamon in a bowl and separate.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F . Greased 9" x 13" skillet with non-stick spray. Sit apart.
In the bowl of a stand mixer geared up with the paddle attachment, blend the butter and sugar collectively for three mins, till the combination is fluffy.
