*Ingredients :
° 1 can 16 oz refried beans
° 2 cups sour cream
° 2 avocados
° 1 pack of taco season mix
° 2 tsp lemon juice
° 3 freshly minced garlic cloves
° 4 green onions, diced
° ½ cup black olives
° 2 roma tomatoes, diced
° 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
* Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Spreading refried beans in bottom of a 9 or 10 inch dish
Combine taco seasoning and sour cream
SECOND STEP:
Spread this over the beans
Mix the mashed avocado with the minced garlic and lemon juice
THIRD STEP:
Layer guacamole on sour cream
4 STEP:
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, black olives and diced tomatoes
FIFTH STEP:
Serve with tortilla chips
