Our recipe is inspired by a classic recipe, with one difference: We rub the steaks with delicious blend brown sugar & spices (chipotle powder, onion powder & ground cumin).  

* Ingredients :

°15 ml (1 tsp) brown sugar
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) chili seasoning
°1 teaspoon (5 ml) chipotle powder (see note)
°5 ml (1 tsp) onion-powder
°2.5 ml (half a teaspoon) ground cumin
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) of salt
°1 ml (half tsp) ground-pepper
°1 pound (675 g) steak, cut into 2 pieces
°30 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
°2 onions cutting to thin tranches 
°2 colored bell peppers, pitted & slice ​​1 inch (2.5 cm)
°15 ml (1 tsp) olive oil
°Salt also Pepper
°Soft tortillas, 20 cm (8 in) in diameter
°sour cream
°shredded mozzarella cheese
°Grilled vegetable sauce

* Preparation :

In  bowl, blend brown sugar, spices, salt, & pepper.
On a plate, cover well and rub the steak with the spice mixture.
In a preheated cast iron skillet over high heat, cook 1 steak at a time in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of oil for 3 minutes on each side to obtain rare doneness or continue to desired doneness (see note). Reserve on a plate.    
In the same cleaned cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, cook vegetables in oil for 5 minutes or until tender. Salt and Pepper.
On a work surface, slice the meat into thin strips with the grain direction.
Serve meats and vegetables in a center-table cast iron skillet with toppings and let diners decorate tortillas.
