Rangoon Crab Egg Roll

*Ingredients :

°2 cups vegetable oil
°5 ounces of crab meat
°4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
°1 clove minced garlic
°1 green onion, thinly sliced
°1 teaspoon minced red onion
°1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
°1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
°Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
°24 won won rolls

* Preparation : 

Heat vegetable oil in  skillet or Dutch oven on heat.
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, white pepper, salt, and pepper.
Placing wonton wrappers on work surface. Placing 1 1/2 tsp of crab mix in center of every wrap. Employing your fingers to rub edges of wrapper wiith water. Fold 2 corners of wonton wrapper jointly . Fold the other two ends to make a small parcel (pictured above). Pinch to seal and make sure there are no leaks.
Work in batches, adding meat patties to Dutch oven & frying to golden brown & crispy (for  1-2 minutes). Transfer it to a plate lined with a paper towel.
Serving totally with the sauce.
