Easy and versatile, these 5-ingredient, 15-minute hamburger patties are perfect for busy weeknights, as well as a tribute to mom's cooking!

*Ingredients :

°1lb-leanground beef
°1 sachet (28 grams) of onion soup
°80 ml (1/3 cup) plain rusk
°1 onion cut into slices
°1 can 398 ml brown sauce

* steps :

In a bowl, combine ground beef with the contents of the onion soup bag, breadcrumbs and eggs. Salt and Pepper. Form the preparation into four pies.
In  skillet, heat some olive oil on medium heat. Roast the beef patties for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reserve on a plate.
In the same skillet, cook onions and, if desired, mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the brown sauce and bring it to a boil.
Add the pancakes and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, over low heat, until the pancakes lose their pink color on the inside.
