Cowboy broth


* Ingredients

4 tranches shredded bacon

2 pack (12 oz ) sausage, cut to 1/2-inch strips

1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 80/20

1 onion chopped

3 cloves garlic, mince

3 tsp all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon hot pepper powder

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with liquid

2 cans (16 oz ) cook beans with liquid

1 (7 oz ) can chop green peppers with liquid

1 can (15 oz ) sweet corn with liquid

2 potatoes, peel and  cut to 1/2-inch cubes

1 cup water

2 tsp chop parsley

* directions :

Cooking bacon to browned also crunchy in  saucepan. Using a slot spoon, transfering bacon to plate lined with paper towel to drain.

Add sausage to saucepan and brown on both sides, adjusting heat as needed so dough doesn't burn (brown bits at bottom of saucepan). Remove to plate with bacon. Sit aside.

Adding beef, onion, also garlic to pot and sauté to beef is no longer pink. Sprinkling  flour, salt, pepper, also chili powder on  beef. Stir also cooking for 1 min .

Adding diced tomatoes, bake beans, chili peppers, sweet corn, potatoes, bacon, sausage, also water. Bring to boil, and reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 h, stirring.

Garnished with parsley.
