CORNBREAD-DRESSING



*Ingredients :


° 1 pack (16 oz) dried cornbread mix
° 2 tsp butter
° ½ C chop celery
° 1 little onion
° 2 scrambled eggs
° 2 cups chicken broth
° 2 tablespoons dried sage
° Salt and pepper to taste

* Directions :

   Preparing dried cornbread blending accorde to pack directions. Cool & crumble.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F  (175 degrees C ).  Make oily  9" * 13" baking-plate .
In  skillet on medium heat, dissolve butter & saute celery & onion To soft.
In bowl, Blend celery, onion, 3 C crumbled cornbread, egg, chicken broth,, salt and pepper to taste; Blend well.
Transferring to prepared dish also baking at 350°F (175°C) about 30 min
