If I'm being completely honest, I'm kind of an authentic pasta. I mean, I grew up eating pasta with my grandmother's sauce and that's it. No Fettuccine Alfredo. No penny vodka.The idea of ​​adding cream cheese or something to the pasta frightened me at first, and I was pretty sure my grandmother just wanted to roll around in her grave.But I try to keep an open mind, so I tried.It turns out that this is a very good decision.

* ingredients:

° 1 pound ground beef
° 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
° 8 ounces of cream cheese
° Half a cup of sour cream
° 1 pound of cottage cheese (equivalent to 1 cup)
° ½ cup butter (1 piece)
° 1 kilo of spaghetti 16 ounces
° shredded cheddar cheese

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.Cook the pasta until soft (set).Tighten and let stand on  grams.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well combined.
Brown your hamburger and when it's done, drain it well.Mix the burger with the spaghetti sauce.Put a few pieces of butter in a 9x13 pan, then pour half of the batter on top.Take the cream cheese mixture and pour it on the pasta.  Spread the pasta.Pour the remaining pasta over the cream cheese mixture.Put more butter slices on the pasta.
Pour pasta & meat sauce on pasta.Bake about 30 min now.
After 30 minutes, pour in the desired amount of grated
Cover with cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to melt
