Taco Spaghetti To Die For

 



Spaghetti taco is one spicy dish filled with pasta, taco meat, and melted cheese. Mexican spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food, and the baked spaghetti taco recipe below is both delicious and filling!

For a proper taco pasta casserole, you'll need spaghetti noodles, taco seasoning, ground beef, cream of chicken soup, and at least two different types of your favorite cheese (cheddar and velveta cheese are highly recommended for this one!).

You can even use your own pasta maker to give this recipe another level of homemade pasta quality.

* Ingredients :

° 1 tablespoon olive oil
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
° 1 (10 ounces) Roe*Tall®️ lightly chopped tomatoes and green chilies
° 1 tablespoon tomato paste
° 8 ounces spaghetti
° 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
° 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
° 1 Roma tomato, cut into cubes
° 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves.


* Directions :

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until the meat is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to flip the meat over as it cooks; Stir in taco seasoning. Drain the excess fat.

Add tomato paste, spaghetti and 3 cups water, stirring in Ro*Tel. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer until pasta is tender, 13-16 minutes.

Remove from heat and place cheese on top. Cover the mixture until it dissolves, about 2 minutes.

Serve directly, decorate with tomatoes & cilantro, if wanted  .
