If you love Starbucks Lemon Loaf, you'll love this delicious, moist lemon cake recipe made entirely from scratch in under 10 minutes. It's one of my favorite afternoon or breakfast meals and always gets rave reviews, everyone loves it! It's gone in minutes when I do that.

This mixture is made from fresh lemon peel and fresh lemon juice. When the cake comes out of the oven, it is drenched with homemade lemon syrup to give it an extra lemon kick, then after the cake has cooled it is covered in the tastiest lemon glaze.

* Ingredients:

° 1 1/2 cups flour
° Half a teaspoon (p) soda bread
° 12 tsps bakiing powder
° 1/2 tsp salt
° 3 egg
° 1  sugar cup
° 2 tsp (s) butter. relaxed.
° 1 tsp vanilla
° 1 tsp lemon extract
° 1/3 lemon juice cup
° 1/2 cup oil
° Lemon Icing Ingredients:
° 1 cup powdered sugar. + 1 tbsp.
° 2 tsps (m) whole milk; I utilize 2%.
° Half a teaspoon of lemon extract

* Instructions:

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Use a mixer to mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, and lemon juice together in a medium bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and also blend until smooth.
Add oil and mix well.
Pour mixture into a well-greased 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Make lemonade by mixing all ingredients for the toppings in the bowl of an electric mixer on low frequency.
When the loaf has cooled, remove it from the pan and stick it with ice.
Leave the icing before slicing.
