This traditional sandwich turned birth while Pat Oliveri, owner of Warm Dogs
Philadelphia, decides to get sick while the dogs warm up for lunch. Grab some pork

* Ingredients :

° 2 pounds of pork
° 2 a few bell peppers
° 1 large yellow onion
° 1 pound of mushrooms
° 1 piece of provolone cheese
° 2 teaspoons oil
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon ground pepper

* Instructions :

Prepare all materials for Philly cheesesteak. The secret is to cut the pork into very thin slices. 

Cut the pepper into long strips, the onion into half a gem and the mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat an oiled frying pan, put onions, bell peppers and mushrooms on the mixture.

Cook on the stove until the vegetables are golden brown. Removing from skillet & set apart .
