My recipe is:

° 1 can salmon with backbone and black skin removed

° 1 medium onion finely chopped

° 2 eggs

° 2 tablespoons of instant potato chips

° salt to taste

* Directions :

Mix well. Pancake shape. Fry on medium heat.
