Million dollar spaghetti casserole

Well, this "rich" pasta, which proudly deserves to bear this name, will help you with this. I think I'll start every post about pasta with the same sentence: "I really love to eat pasta." Much! All the pasta I make is delicious, but sometimes I like to play with spaghetti and "dress" it in my "chic suit" as if I had millions of dollars in my pocket.

No, I'm not saying that making spaghetti costs a million dollars! It's so good that it tastes like a million dollars!


* Ingredients : 

° 1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti noodles
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (16 ounces)
° 1/2 cup butter cut into slices
° 1 cup cottage cheese
° 1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
° 1/4 cup sour cream
° 1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

* Instructions :

Preheaat oven 350 degrees F 
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta in simmering water, stirring occasionally, until "pink" (well cooked but firm to the bite), about 12 minutes. sink.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.

Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until brown and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes, draining, and discarding the fat.
Put them in a bowl and mix the spaghetti sauce with the minced meat.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well combined.
Place half of the buttered slices in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.

Spread half of the spaghetti on the plate. Put the spaghetti with the cream mixture.
Place a layer of the remaining spaghetti over the cream mixture.
