There's just something nostalgic about a bucket of original Kentucky Fried Chicken. Growing up, most of us didn't have parents who wanted to fry chicken at home, so KFC has become a thing of special occasion food. It's featured at group parties, Fourth of July celebrations, and end-of-season football tournaments, wowing us with its salty, greasy, spicy, and delicious crust. If you don't grab a piece early enough, you'll end up with the piece at the bottom of the bucket, stripped of its extra crunchy crust by someone with an insatiable appetite (aka the saddest thing ever)

* Required components:

° Whole chicken, use a medium size, cut into 8 pieces.

° 1 tablespoon of red pepper.

° 1 tablespoon of table salt.

° 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

° Half a cup of water.

° frying oil.

° Precise for packing.

* How to prepare:

You must take all the actions below to cook chicken on your way to Kentucky:

—Step 1: To start, wash the chicken with water, white vinegar, lemon juice and flour, then cut it into 8 equal pieces. I used a medium sized chicken.

Step 2: Then put the chicken in a large bowl with ¼ cup of water and cover it with all the spices.

Step 3: Next, I marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to make sure the seasonings are well absorbed.

Step 4: Next, I covered each chicken piece in flour and dipped it in water, then returned it to the flour.

Step 5: In this step, I heated vegetable oil in a deep saucepan for 3 minutes on high heat.

Step 6: Next, reduce the heat and wait for 10 to 15 minutes for it to brown well, serve it hot with brown rice and salads.
