Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

 


Garlic Butter Steak and Potato Fryer contains juicy steak with delicious roasted potatoes made in one skillet! A perfect combination the whole family will love (and devour!)

We are definitely a family of meat and potatoes. There is only one thing to say about this delicious, traditional blend. It hits the spot every time. This recipe is no exception. The tender steak and potatoes cooked to perfection are unbeatable.

* Ingredients :


° 5 teaspoons salted butter with two tablespoons of potatoes

° 2 teaspoons minced garlic

° 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb mixture

° 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

° 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

° 5 small steaks

° salt and pepper

° garlic powder

° 1 tablespoon olive oil

° 5 pounds small potatoes, cut into cubes

* Directions :

Step 1:

The stove (oven) heats up to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the butter/garlic/and dried herbs. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2:

Placing skillet on to high heat also spraying  with oil. Grill steaks about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and browned. Transfer to the plate also differentiates.

Step 3:

Add potatoes to skillet, season with salt/pepper/garlic powder, and fry for 6 minutes until browned. Pushing the potatoes to one side of the skillet also returns the steaks to the other side of the skillet.

The fourth step:

Transfer to the oven and let cook for 21 minutes, until the potatoes are tender with a fork and the steak of your choice is cooked through.

Fifth step:

Once you take them out of the oven, put a little garlic butter on each steak and the rest on the potatoes and let them melt over the food.
