Farmer's Casserole

Farmer's Casserole is an excellent way to start your day! It combines great ingredients in every bite and is a delicious breakfast! My mom brought this recipe with her while they were visiting for Thanksgiving and we made it on their last morning here. Everyone loved it! Potatoes, eggs, cheese, ham and onions make a great meal and I'll make them again on Christmas Day.  I like not spending extra time in the kitchen on Christmas morning so I can outlay every min with my family & enjoy watching my kids open their present and see what Santa Claus getting them !
