Creamy Coconut Cake

Coconut Cream Poké Cake starts with a cake mix packed and covered with sweet and creamy coconut filling and garnished with coconut! It's another one of those cakes that are easy to make but taste so good. 


* Ingredients

° A 15-ounce package of butter or white cake mix
° 3 large eggs
° 1/3 cup vegetable oil
° 1 cup water
° 1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes
° 12 oz container whipped cream, thawed
° A 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
° 3/4 cup coconut cream
° 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes

* Instructions

Heat the stove (oven) to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9 * 13 baking pan with non-stick cook spray .

In a large bowl, beat cake mix, eggs, oil, and water with an electric mixer until smooth and thick, about 1 minute. Cast into prepared skillet. Baking for 31-36 min  Set apart to cool.

In a medium bowl, combine 12 cups of coconut flakes and whisk cold. Sit aside.

In other bowl, beat together condensed milk & coconut cream.
EMploy the end of a little wooden spoon, making holes about 1 inch apart, all on the top of the cake. Sprinkling milk mixture over the entire surface of cake, making sure it goes into all the holes. 

Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Spreading cold whipping mix on the cake.
Sprinkle toasted coconut.

You can serving it right off, but for optimal flavor, Let it in refrigerator for several h , idellay overnight.
