BUTTERMILK CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE FROSTING

 


There is nothing better than a slice of milk chocolate cake with creamy buttercream and chocolate. The curd cake recipe is an easy-to-make dessert that is always moist and delicious.

* Ingredients :

° 2 1/2 cups sugar
° 1 cup ghee
° 6 eggs
° 1 tablespoon vanilla
° 3 cups all-purpose flour
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
° 1 cup of milk

Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:

° 1 stick or 1/2 cup softened butter or shortening
° 3 cups powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 5 to 6 tablespoons milk
° 1/2 cup cocoa I use Nestlé 100% pure cocoa

* Instructions :

Cake instructions:

Beat sugar, ghee, vanilla and eggs with a spoon or mixer. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda with a wire whisk and add to the cream mixture. Adding milk & keep mixing To smooth.

Divide cake among 3 sprinkled cake pans and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees about 30 to 35 minutes, until center has finished. Leave it to cool and then remove from the pans. You can freeze any frost you want. I use chocolate frosting.

Chocolate Frosting Instructions:
Mix all ingredients with a mixer until the consistency of the consistency. Spread over cake.
