I love anything to do with cheese cake. I
mean who doesn't? This is my recipe for any get-together. It's always a huge
hit and people ask for the recipe. I love it because it is so easy to make and
it makes the most perfect tasty side. This salad was very creamy and the mix of
strawberry and banana matched perfectly. This is the perfect salad for any meal
or barbecue and is sure to be a hit!
I
made it with both and it is still delicious without it. It would also be great
with other blended fruits.
* Ingredients:
° 1 packet of soft cream cheese
° 16 ounces of vanilla yogurt
° 1 (8 ounce) basin of cold whisk, melted
° 1 (3-ounce) packet instant
cheese-flavored pudding or pie filling mix
° ½ small bag of marshmallows
° 3 pints strawberry, sliced
° 4 bananas, sliced
° 1 bowl of berries (optional)
* Instructions :
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, and
pudding, and blend until creamy
Stir in marshmallows.
Fold in the fruit
Garnish with additional fruits
