CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKED COOKIES

These nutritious no-bake peanut butter oatmeal cookies are fudgy chocolate cookies that take only 15 minutes to prepare and are loaded with nutritious ingredients. Additionally, this recipe is gluten-free.
These no-bake oatmeal cookies take only ten minutes to prepare and are ideal for meal-prepping vegan snacks or brunch. To begin, collect and measure all of your ingredients.

And there are two ways to store these nutritious cookies. To begin, store these no-bake oatmeal cookies in the refrigerator, ideally in a tightly sealed jar to maintain their freshness and moisture. The no-bake chocolate cookies can last in the refrigerator for up to 1 week; after that, the taste will become sticky, but they will still be tasty.

Alternatively, you should ice the cookie in a sealed package or silicon bag. They can defrost in 1 hour on the countertop at room temperature.

THE SEVEN KEY INGREDIENTS FOR THESE NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• 240 grams.Of Regular oats.

• Soft butter, I used around a 1/2 cup.

• Unsweetened Cocoa powder, you'll need four large spoons.

• Granulated white Sugar, I used 400 grams.

• Half a glass.Of Milk.

• A spoonful.Of Peanut butter.

• Vanilla, only a small spoon.

AND THIS HOW TO MAKE THESE COOKIES FROM SCRATCH:

• Step 1: The first thing I started with was measuring 240 grams of oats, I used the regular one, and put it in a medium mixing bowl.

• Step 2: Next, I melted around a half cup of softened butter in a medium saucepan, over low heat, mixing continuously using a whisk.

• Step 3: Once the butter melted completely, I started adding the cool powder and quickly stirring until I had an incorporated mixture.

• Step 4: Following that, it was the right time to add milk and granulated sugar to my butter mixture, and I whisked again to combine them.

• Step 5: After that, I took the mixture to a boil for around 3 minutes, and once boiled, I removed it from the heat and added in the peanut butter with  vanilla flavoring

• Step 6: At this step, I poured the incorporated mixture over oats and I mixed them all together, and using a spoon, I arranged the cookies onto a foil, and set them aside to cool. There is another option, if you don't have enough time, you must directly pop the plate in the refrigerator for around 8 minutes.

NOTES:

• This batter will make approximately 15 to 17 medium-sized cookies.

• I suggest Quick Oats. I experimented with rolled oats but was disappointed with the results, which were crumbly and dry.

• Additionally, I suggest using smooth Jiff Peanut Butter for a good result.

• Once the oatmeal is combined with the chocolate mixture, move quickly. The cookies will thicken as the mixture cools.

These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies are the ideal fast dessert!! OMG, in less than 10 minutes they will be ready, they are absolutely DELICIOUS!! Essentially, they are packed with peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, oats, and all-around deliciousness!! I hope you'll enjoy this easy recipe.

SNOWBALL COOKIES

Snowball Cookies are a seasonal tradition that many consider a must-bake throughout the holidays. Snowball cookies are buttery and nutty with an airy, cloud-like feel that reminds me a bit of cotton candy.

These Italian cookies are perennially common throughout the winter months. Serve them alongside coffee, tea, or hot cocoa for an ideal match!

Snowball cookies are little round butter cookies studded with diced pecans. They are dusted with powdered sugar to achieve their snowy white appearance.

Several things differentiate this cookie recipe from others, including the lack of eggs and the use of powdered sugar rather than granulated sugar in the dough. As a consequence, you get a light, crumbly cookie that melts almost instantly on your tongue.

This recipe needs only a few basic ingredients that you possibly already have in your pantry, and they have an amazing buttery, nutty texture. Contrary to popular belief, do not consume these crumbly, sweet cookies when dressed in your Sunday finest!! What I enjoy about this recipe is that it can be made by anybody!!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE AROUND 30 COOKIES:

- All-purpose flour; you'll need 250 grams.

- Soft Butter, I used 230 grams.

- 125 grams.Of chopped Pecans.

- 75 grams.Of Powdered or icing sugar.

- ¾ Tablespoon.Of Vanilla flavoring.

- ¼ Tsp.Of Salt.

- Powdered sugar, for rolling the cookies.

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:

– Step 1: To begin, you need to sift the powdered sugar, and combine it with soft butter using an electric mixer.

– Step 2: Once you have a smooth mixture, it's time to add in the vanilla extract, and mix again for 30 seconds.

– Step 3: Now, you can add in a quarter small spoon of kosher salt, 250 grams of flour after sifting it, and finally the chopped pecans, mixing well for 1 minute.

– Step 4: At this step, you need to mold the dough into 1 inch balls or flattened cookies, and place them over an ungreased cookie sheet.

– Step 5: It's oven time, bake the cookies for approximately 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

– Step 6: When your cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

– Step 7: Once they are cold enough to touch, roll them in powdered sugar when already warm.

– Step 8: Eventually, allow to cool completely before rolling once more in powdered sugar.

It's an easy and delicious cookie recipe that everyone can try, even children, simply cause we only need basic ingredients, mix them all together,  form small balls, bake them, and TARAAAAA!! We're done!!! I hope you have a fabulous day!!!
